The crash occurred shortly after 2 p.m. on Thursday, March 7 on the outer roadway northbound near the exit ramp to Interchange 11, according to 511nj.org.
Two of three lanes had reopened as of 2:30 p.m., according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation. The shoulder and one left lane remained blocked.
